Webflow Developer

Zypsy is looking for a Webflow Developer who will help us develop user-friendly, attractive and conversion-optimized pages for new and upcoming startups. You will closely collaborate with the design, operations, and marketing teams.

As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for making sure every functionality works correctly and the website is error free upon launching. You will be expected to pay close attention to the detail to deliver pixel perfect websites to clients.

• Develop, customize and maintain clients’ websites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery
• Implement Webflow best practices for optimal performance, scalability, and security
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure proper implementation of tracking codes/pixels
• Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, trends, and industry standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues clients encounter
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
• Keep documentation of code, processes, and technical specifications up to date
• Assist with QA and process documentation

Basic requirements

• 4 years of Webflow specific web development experience
• In the Asian or European timezone
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience with Figma designs and applying them into Webflow
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to working in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for UX/UI
• Excellent organizational skills to manage several ongoing projects
• The ability to take direction and shift gears quickly
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge in custom code (Frontend and/or backend)
• Experience in working in a start up and/or agency environment
